Selling your used/surplus networking & server equipment to ICP Networks is a simple straightforward process to make the most of your redundant assets.

How the process works:

Please just simply fill in this or any of the web forms on our site, or send an email detailing the manufacture, part number, quantity and condition of the equipment along with your contact details to info@icpnetworks.co.uk and a member of our team will respond with an offer.

After receipt of our offer and if you are happy to proceed you will be sent a formal Purchase Transaction and the process can begin.

All of the goods will need to be well-packed to withstand overnight transport in the courier system and if you require any advise simply give our team member a call and we’ll be happy to help.

Easy collection from your premises can also be arranged if required which can be discussed with your Purchasing Agent.

Upon receipt of the goods at our premises the goods will pass through testing & quality control which we guarantee will be done within 7 working days although we always endeavour to expedite wherever possible.

Upon the successful completion of our quality checks the funds will then be paid into your nominated Bank account.

For ICP Networks order to maintain our high standards of service, we check all Cisco IP Phones offered to us against the following criteria.

NEW: ICP Networks can only define Cisco IP Phones that are unused and packed in brand new and factory-sealed boxes as NEW.

NEW OPEN BOX: this covers new and unused Cisco IP Phones which is packed and shipped in factory original boxes which have been opened or otherwise badly damaged, written on or excessively labelled.

IP Phones which do not fall within these criteria will be termed USED, or REFURBISHED.

All Cisco IP Phones purchased by ICP Networks must arrive to us in good working order and include all of the associated items related to the product group, such as rack mounts and rails, GBIC’s, PSUs and installed memory.
